A leading provider of high accuracy analytical instrumentation designs its Total Organic Compound (TOC) analysis systems to identify microscopic concentrations of particles in water. These water analyzers prove absolutely critical in hospitals, washing stations, and industrial and hi-tech manufacturing environments which require the world's purest water.
Used in conjunction with their TOC Analyzers in order to guarantee quality and accurate measurements, the manufacturer derives a health revenue stream from its calibration samples. Requiring as many as four samples per analyzer, the configuration of these consumables is essential to the successful operation of the device. Additionally, these consumables are especially prone to counterfeits, generics and tampering which further threaten the quality and performance of the unit.
