Accutek offers a complete line of standard DRAM Modules.
We offer a full family of 72 pin DRAM Modules from 256K x 32 Bits Wide up to 16 MEG x 36 Bits Wide. For additional inforamtion, fill in the appropriate specific DRAM Module part number on the request for information form.
In addition to our 72 pin line of DRAM Modules Accutek also carries a full line of 30 pin DRAM Modules from 256K x 8 Bits Wide up to 16 Meg x 9 Bits Wide. We support the older 8 chip designs as well as the newer two or three chip designs. All of the 30 pin designs are avaliable in either a leadless SIM (SP) or leaded SIP (GP) version.
