Accutek offers a complete line of standard SRAM Modules.
We offer a full family of 64 and 72 pin SRAM Modules from 64K x 32 Bits Wide up to 1 Meg x 32 Bits Wide with speeds as fast as 12nSEC or as slow as 35nSEC. For additional information, fill in the appropriate specific SRAM Module part number on the request for information form. All of these designs are available in either a leadless SIM (W) or leaded ZIP (Z) version.
