16-bit Subminiature CAN Power

The high performance Infineon SABC167CR and ST Microelectronic ST10F168 micocontrollers are now supported by PHYTEC's new phyCORE Single Board Computer family.

The standard memory configuration of the board features 256 (up to 2 MB) KB SRAM, 256 (up to 2 MB) KB Flash and 4 KB EEPROM. The Flash device enables on-board programming with the included PHYTEC FlashTools firmware. These pins provide a 16-bit bi-directional I/O port, 64+ free port lines, a 16-channel A/D-converter with 10-bit resolution, two serial interfaces via RS-232/485 and one CAN interface.

· 256 KB (to 2 MB) external Flash with PHYTEC FlashTools download utility for on-board Flash programming

· 16-channel A/D-converter with 10-bit resolution

· RS-232 transceiver supports two serial interfaces, as well as configuration of memory models and download of user code into Flash memory

· UART supports second asynchronous serial interface

· Full CAN 2.0B interface

· PHYTEC RSC1308 Remote Supervisory Circuit enabling remote boot and Flash download

· Real-Time Clock with 256 bytes memory

· operates within a standard industrial temperature range of 0 to 70
