phyCORE-89C51Rx2

Tiny SBC supporting Philips 89C51RxD uC with on-chip Flash

The phyCORE-89C51Rx2 supports a variety of new Philips 44-pin 80C51-compatible microcontrollers featuring on-chip Flash with In-System Programming (ISP) capability. In contrast to microcontrollers offering on-chip OTP, on-chip Flash enables flexible on-board reprogramming during development, as well as upgrading via RS-232 of user code stored in hardware that is already implemented in the field. Other board features include 32 KB SRAM, 1 KB EEPROM and serial interface via RS-232 or RS-485.
