Adastra Systems Corporation and JUMPtec Industrielle Computertechnik AG of Deggendorf, Germany, announce that they have signed a Distribution and Cooperation agreement. The agreement establishes Adastra Systems as a supplier of JUMPtec products in North America. Both companies see tremendous benefit in the agreement. The JUMPtec product line, consisting of highly integrated PC/104 products, the DIMM-PC line of small, embeddable PCs, and the PISA line of PCI/ISA backplane board products, complements that of Adastra and greatly expands the range of embedded solutions offered by Adastra. JUMPtec improves its ability to serve the North American market, gaining an American partner with a proven track record and excellent reputation. Customers will benefit, gaining a local point of contact for supply and support. Through Adastra, they will have access to the full breadth of both Adastra and JUMPtec product lines, backed by exceptional, local technical support.
