Network Management Systems

Using popular framework products such as OpenView, Unicenter, significant Element and Network Management systems have been developed by the team. PCI is a Solutions Partner with HP for OpenView for WindowsNT. Toolkits from DSET and Vertel have been also used to develop TMN manager applications. Significant experience with high availability systems including MS cluster is available. Solution components include Configuration, Fault, Performance and Billing.

Significant projects including element and network management systems have been implemented. A recent project was the development of a complete NMS for a mobile network based on an IBM Netfinity cluster with MS cluster server. The NMS support the configuration, fault, performance and billing functions. Our expertise includes SNMP manager platforms including OpenView (we are an HP Solutions Partner), Unicenter, Sun Solstice and SNMPc. A particular area of expertise is the development of TMN compliant agent and manager modules. We are familiar with toolkits from DSET and Vertel and platforms such as TeMIP. A sample of recent clients includes Ciena Corp, Orion Networks, HRB Systems, and NORCOM Networks Corp.
