APPLICATION ENGINEERING
Our technical staff uses concept simulation to determine if proposed manufacturing processes will actually work and introduce proven proposed concepts into throughput analysis. Simulation analysis can determine the effects of the introduction of a new part to on an existing process or of new processes on existing systems using kinematics and collision detection. Simulation can also be used to assess proposed plant equipment changes or to assess effect on existing operations. Outputs of simulation and off-line machine programs and logic diagrams based on proven collision free simulations. Technical staff may also develop resource behavior for detailed business analysis in OLAP applications such as SAP R/3, i2 and other ERP/MRPII environments.
