Compact PCI Single Board Computer

The CT7 is a 6U single-slot CompactPCI CPU board. Its outstanding capabilities are Full Hot-Swap in a peripheral slot, support of up to 14 cPCI slots and functionality as a system or non-system board. The CT7 uses a Pentium III or Celeron processor. Integrated are two fast Ethernet, one or two PMCs and many others.

The system / non-system, hot-swap CT7 CompactPCI all-in-one 6U single board computer is designed to meet the needs of embedded application developers addressing markets like telecommunication (high bandwidth, broadband data or intelligent network switching), test & measurement, industrial automation, medical, scientific and imaging.

Supported operating systems are Windows 98 / NT / NTembedded, QNX, VxWorks, LynxOS, Linux and others.

The ultra compact single slot, all-in-one design with flexible processor and RAM configurations, and an impressive array of on-board peripherals includes two Fast-Ethernet channels, one SCSI interfaces, and two PMC extension slots. In a two slot solution with an additional bridge piggy and a second CompactPCI backplane up to 14 slots are supported. This combined with a custom specific assembly service provides optimized price / performance for all kinds of OEM applications.

Special features include one SMbus, two serial channels with RS-232 interfacing.
