On-board features and peripherals include 10/100Base Fast Ethernet, RTC, Watchdog and four counter timers, four serial channels with RS-232 and RS-422/485 interfaces, 32 Kbytes non-volatile SRAM, temperature sensor, PMC expansion, up to 128 MB SDRAM, 48MB of FLASH and I2O intelligent I/O support.
