Digital Parallel I/O Module PMC

The DPIO is a PCI Mezzanine Card (PMC) designed for high-speed digital data acquisition or generation at data rates up to 75 Msamples/sec or 100 MBytes/sec. Typically, the module is used to bring huge amounts of raw sensor data between A/D or D/A converters and processors or memory/storage systems. The DPIO is available with VxWorks SW support for VMETRO's MIDAS PMC I/O Subsystem for VMEbus & RACEway, as well as with Windows NT support for PC platforms (with module placed on a PCI adapter).
