<%=company1%>, a Santa Barbara, CA-based supplier of software for embedded Internet and communications systems, announced an agreement with Trillium Digital Systems to certify the integration of Trillium's industry leading TAPA (Trillium Advanced Portability Architecture) interface with Green Hills' Integrity RTOS under the Trillium Compliant Program.

The integration of Integrity with Trillium's standards-based protocols will give Integrity users immediate access to a broad range of advanced communications protocols and a number of PPC860 and 8260 device drivers. The Trillium Compliant Program certifies the accuracy and completeness of the integration, offering equipment manufacturers a fully integrated, validated solution.

The agreement with Trillium, an Intel company, will make it easy for Integrity users to access Trillium's TAPA-based communications software solutions.

Integrity is a high-availability, fault-tolerant RTOS designed for mission-critical applications requiring memory protection and secure operation. Optimized for fast, secure, deterministic response, Integrity features advanced memory protection capabilities, dynamic download, task- and system-level debug, optional POSIX support, and extensive embedded Internet and telephony protocol support.

Integrity is integrated with Green Hills' MULTI 2000 development environment, which combines a family of optimizing C/C++/Ada95 compilers with an advanced source-level debugger, version control system, source editor, browser, profiler, run-time error checker, simulator, and real-time EventAnalyzer.

Trillium's communications software solutions are used by industry-leading suppliers of wireless, Internet, broadband, and telephony products. Trillium's high-performance, high-availability software and services reduce the time, risk and cost of implementing SS7, ATM, Broadband ISDN, Frame Relay, MPLS, VoIP (H.323, SIP, and MGCP/MEGACO/H.248), SIGTRAN, 3G Wireless, ISDN, and other communications applications.

"The addition of Trillium's industry-leading communications protocols will greatly enhance our telecom offering, and provide a versatile platform for quickly deploying robust, ultra-reliable, high-end telecom applications," says John Carbone, Green Hills' VP of marketing.
