INTELLIAM Intros LeanSTOR AMC SSD Modules For ATCA & MicroTCA Systems

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA - INTELLIAM Inc., an innovative software and hardware architecture company focused on embedded storage solutions, recently announced its LeanSTOR line of Advanced Memory Controller (AMC) Solid State Disk (SSD) modules for AdvancedTCA (ATCA) and MicroTCA (µTCA) systems.

By directly incorporating NAND flash on the AMC board, LeanSTOR gives memory designers the unprecedented freedom and space to mount additional components onto the ATCA system board, a feature not found on existing SSD or mechanical hard drive alternatives. In addition, LeanSTOR has no mechanical seek or rotation latency and no moving parts for superior ruggedness to endure in harsh environments. With smart wear leveling, error correction code (ECC) and SLC, LeanSTOR's reliability is aligned with its silicon components. These high performance storage AMC SSD solutions offer fast data transfer rates of 64MB/s read and 45MB/s write, and come in a range of storage capacities from 32GB to 128GB.
