P-HSS2-II, a PC•MIP serial I/O module provides two channels of high-speed serial data communications channels on a Type II PC•MIP module along with a range of Windows NT and VxWorks software driver support. The module utilizes a high performance PEB20534 serial Communications Controller with integral PCI bus interface. Each of the module's two channels are software configurable RS-232/RS-422 and fully programmable to support many protocols such as asynchronous, monosync, bisync, HDLC, SDLC, LAPB, ISDN, and PPP.
