PG Enterprises Inc.

Established in 1976, PG Enterprises is primarily involved in the sales and service of previously owned semiconductor equipment. We specialize in the repairs, retrofits, upgrades, modification and maintenance of manual ball bonders, wedge bonders, die bonders, pick & place, pull testers and mask aligners.

We have an extensive inventory of used equipment including manufacturers such as K&S, Orthodyne, Mech-El, West Bond, SEC and Unitek.

Our chief service engineer, George Garcia, has been involved in this industry since 1966. As a maintenance technician at Teledyne, now known as Teledyne Electronic Technologies, , George was responsible for the service and repair of ball bonders, wedge bonders, die bonders, mask aligners, pull testers, evaporators, lasers, ovens, leak detectors, gap welders, cap welders, belt furnaces, and scribers.

George was a field service engineer for Teledyne Electronic Technologies, Kulicke & Soffa Industries for nine years where he also held training sessions on how to wire bond in the field.

Our contracts are located in Southern California and have included Alfred Mann Foundation, CSUN, JPL, Kyocera, Litton, Mini-Med, Northrop-Grumman, OSI Systems , Rockwell, Tandex Test Labs, Teledyne, TRW, UCLA, and USC.

Repairs on manual bonders
We service all K&S, Hughes, Hybond, Mech-El, Orthodyne, and West Bond manual bonders.

Repairs on other equipment
We service die bonders, gap welders, hot gas, mask aligners, pick & place, power supplies, probe stations, pull testers, scribers, shear testers, and ovens.

Maintenance Contracts
We offer preventive maintenance contracts for your convenience. Scheduled visits will be defined by you. You can authorize monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.

Training
In house training provided at your facility anywhere in USA. We do not travel outside of the US.
