Rugged All-In-One 6U Single Board Computer

The rugged/MIL VR6 VMEbus all-in-one 6U single board computer is designed to meet the needs of embedded applica-tion developers addressing markets like telecommunication (high band-width, broadband data or intelligent network switching), industrial automation, military and aerospace, medical, scientific, and imaging.

Supported operating systems are Windows 98/NT/NT embedded, MS-DOS, QNX, VxWorks, Solaris, Linux and others.

The ultra compact single slot all-in-one design with AMD-K6 processor (up to 333MHz) and flexible RAM configurations (up to 128MB), and an impressive array of on-board peripherals includes video interface for VGA and LCD (1600x1200), a MIL-STD-1553 interface, an integrated EIDE controller for a HDD, floppy and/or FlashDrive (up to 220MB), a Fast Ethernet (10/100Mbits/sec), a SCSI (20Mbytes/sec), and a PMC extension. This combined with a custom specific assembly service provides optimized price / performance for all kinds of OEM applications.

Rugged and military needs are addressed with optional conduction cooling and an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, increased shock and vibration immunity using stiffener bars and wedge locks, and conformal coating.

Special features include four serial channels with flexible RS-232 or RS-422/485 interfacing, two parallel ports, a CANbus interface, two USB interfaces and a single +5V supply. Keyboard and mouse are standard. For detailed information see the data sheet.
