Annasoft's Embedded InitiativeThe PCM-5894, from Aaeon Technology (Hazlet, NJ), packs the functions of an embedded PC on a single board and fits in the space of a 5.24-in. floppy drive. The on-board C&T 65554 video controller is a high-performance LCD/CRT Windows accelerator. It supports a range of flat panel displays. The integrated DiskOnChip supports systems boot-up and memory storage up to 72 MB. It is compatible with traditional 10 Mbps network facilities. It also includes four high-speed serial ports, a PC/104 connector, one PCI slot for expansion, two USB ports, one multi-mode (ECP/EPP/SPP) parallel port, a floppy drive controller, and a keyboard-PS/2 mouse interface.
