The ½-size ISA SBC (PC/104), such as the VIPer809, from Teknor Industrial Computers (Boisbriand, Quebec) accomodates both the 5x86 and the 486DX4/DX2 processors. It has local bus SVGA, drives flat panel and CRT simultaneously, and built-in SCSI interfacing which allows for high-speed data transfers to peripheral drives. Memory specifications include up to 128 MB DRAM and 128 or 512 KB SRAM and up to 4 MB bootable Flash EPROM. The VIPer809 also has advanced power management features. This Teknor product has been certified by Annasoft Systems to run Windows CE and Jump Start.
