VIM Modules

The Model 6215 is an eight-channel, 16-bit, 250-kHz A/D converter VIM-2 module that attaches to the company's quad ‘C6x boards. Utilizing two of the modules, a complete 16-channel data acquisition and DSP system occupies a single VMEbus slot. The Model 6219 is a VIM-2R Raceway module that also attaches directly to quad ‘C6x boards, providing a peak rate of 160-MB/sec data transfers completely independent of the VMEbus. It can be combined with a multitude of compatible I/O products bringing the Raceway connection to high-speed A/Ds, digital receivers and DSP boards while maintaining a one-slot configuration.
