We make Windows NT Embedded easy! We have worked with Windows NT Embedded in our lab extensively and conclude that expensive and time consuming consulting and integration services are not needed. Instead, we advocate a two day, intensive training class that gives OEM developer's everything they need to "hit the ground running" with their NTE project. We've been able to ameliorate the difficulties and make NTE simple to implement. We believe that with our training, developer's become self-sufficient and productive immediately. Tools to quickly and easily customize and reduce the footprint of the OS. The ability to:

• run headless.
• Utilize solid state media.
• Boot from ROM.
• Provide enhanced error recovery and remote management capabilities.
• Archive many versions of the OS.

It can also provide some cost savings, even if none of the special features are needed. Benefits of the Windows NT Dedicated License In addition to Windows NT Embedded, Annasoft Systems also offers a Dedicated License for Windows NT. The Dedicated License may be better suited to non-desktop OEMs that want to move away from using a desktop license in order to take advantage of the special features of a dedicated license (listed below).

• Streamlining operational processes and improving quality by eliminating "rollback" and by entering the PID number in the manufacturing process (pre-installing NT and shipping a quality assured product).
• Modifying the operating system so that it is transparent to the end user, and you can eliminate unneeded files. Your application will boot faster and occupy less disk space.
• Creating your own enhanced recovery media and documentation to make the procedure easier for customers. You do not need to ship Microsoft documentation and media.
• Stabilizing to a specific version. You do not need to upgrade to the latest version of NT unless you want to.
